You will learn about selection criteria, properties of materials, application techniques and the long-term performance of the respective systems.

Facilitator Tom Gotschall is a partner in Construction Arbitration Associates in Alpharetta. Tom is a seasoned arbitrator and a dynamic instructor and speaker on a host of construction topics. He has certifications in the Residential Code and the Building Code, he was part of the team that recently updated the NAHB Construction Contracts and Law course, and he is certified to teach numerous NAHB classes. Tom graduated from Georgia Tech in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction and has a background in general contracting and construction & real estate dispute resolution.

This session is approved under the Rules of the Georgia State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors for six (6) continuing education hours. The Housing Institute has approved this seminar for six (6) Certified Professional Home Builder credits.
